All Rates do not include Sales Taxes of 9.3% Must be at least 18 years old to rent with a valid id and major credit card.

• 48 hours prior to the pickup, the reservation is non-refundable.
• Must supply a $500 security deposit per ATV or jet ski and $1000.00 per UTV on a major credit card only.
• Must supply a $500 security deposit per fishing boat, $1000 security deposit per pontoon boat and $3000 security deposit per Wakeboard boat on a major credit card only.

All security deposits are done on a major credit card only, no debit cards that can be run as credit, no checks and no cash is accepted for the deposit. If you are unable to provide the deposit as stipulated your card on file will be run for the sale of the rental. 48 hours prior to the pickup, the reservation becomes non-refundable.

There is a 200 mile limit per day on tow vehicles for Fun Packages.

All rentals do not include insurance and renter is responsible for any and all damages and actions.

Must be 16 years old or older to drive with a valid driver's license. Must be 10 yrs old and 60lbs to ride as a passenger on a UTV or jet ski. All minors must be accompanied by a parent.

Waiver must be signed. All other terms and conditions apply.
